Rise of a Merchant Prince. Volume Two of the Serpentwar Saga.

Une fois de plus, Feist parvient capturer notre attention jusqu la derni re page de son livre Ce deuxi me volet de la saga, dont l action se d roule principalement Krondor, m le encore une fois intrigue et suspens, et nous permet de retenir notre souffle jusqu au bout, et d tre impatient de lire la suite.Feist est sans aucun doute un ma tre incontest de la fantasy, et rise of a merchant prince nous montre une fois de plus tout son talent.

rise of a merchant prince est relativement decevant par rapport a ce a quoi nous a habitue feist mais il reste un bon livre qu il faut lire il serai d autant plus dommage de rater les trois autres livres de cette serie Ce livre reste plein d intrigue et tres interessant malgre quelques longueurs Mais ce qui fait qu il faut absolument le lire c qu il fait le lien entre deux livres epoustouflants SHADOW OF A DARK QUEEN et RAGE OF A DEMON KING.

I thought the book was interesting and well written, but it didn t read like the second book of a trilogy This book was like a character book add on It could easily have been written after the main story It was a book about commerce and had very little to do with the Serpentwar Well written but disappointing.

I m enjoying the book and series and would rate this 5 stars is it wasn t for the terrible editing of the Kindle edition.My word is it bad There are typos everywhere and paragraphs that should not flow directly into each other do For example, two separate section of the story but in the same chapter that should be separated by a line break but are not It s jarring and takes me out of the story Far enough out that I ve stopped reading to make this complaint It s like the publisher just slapped a [...]

A continuation of a fantasy series that is really enjoyable Most of the book didn t follow up on the previous book, but I m sure it will all tie together in the end The book has interesting characters, a great plot, as long as you don t mind spending time reading a series that is going to be two books after this one Well worth the time.

Not going to do a book report for you but this book builds on the first one in the series and relates to earlief in their timeline So if this is the first one you have read, or want to read, STOP RIGHT NOW Go to and read the series from start to finish.

This is one of Raymond Feist s best works He gives a good background story for the other books in this series Sometimes Mr Feist gets into telling about feelings about some characters wives or girls friend Yes, I know sometimes it is important to flesh out certain characters but I am of a nuts and bolts sort of guy so the environment and the magic are what I love about Mr Feist s stories.
