Oh what is not to love about this book I loved how the author told alternating points of view in the book, it was so nice reading mom and daughters perspectives I really enjoyed the story Mom and daughter vacationdaughter falls in love.I had such a hard time putting down and going to bed at night I cannot wait to read from this author

A VERY fun read The descriptions of both Sedona and Ireland were so vivid I live in Arizona and have been to Sedona many times and I have taken a two week tour in Ireland, which was always a dream of mine AND even though I loved every thing I saw and experienced the Dingle Penenseial was my very favorite I was sad to see the book end, I loved the characters.

Driving On The Left, is not what I expected It was a pleasant surprise Told from alternating POV, this book is a wonderful depiction of relationships, mother daughter, husband wife and quick crushes The author did such a remarkable job capturing the atmosphere and the emotions of the character, that I sometimes felt as if it was a true accounting of events I especially like the easy camaraderie between Jackie and her daughter, Becca, and also her husband, Rob Great chick lit.

Slow goingI really wanted to love this book Touring Ireland, finding love, mothers and daughters Jax and Bex are likeable enough but one dimensional Jax and her husband Rob are eternally in love and their biggest conflict is whether to run their separate but equally successful businesses or travel And if they travel, will it be domestic or abroad Bex is brilliant and always does well, but is hiding the horrifying secret that she has to write a paper to get the diploma that she told everyone she [...]

I was hooked from the first few pages Hoping that a follow up book about Becca and Sean comes about.

Originally reviewed for Chick Lit Central chicklitcentral I really appreciated the mother daughter dynamic between Jackie and Becca Even though there are undercurrents of friendship, I got the impression that Jackie in no uncertain terms has laid down the groundwork for what she feels is an appropriate relationship to have with her young adult daughter She knows she needs to let go of the reigns, allowing Becca to live her own life, but she also wants to ensure Becca won t make the same mistakes [...]

Driving on the Left by Gail Ward Olmstead is my first read from this author and I loved it It is a sequel to a book called Jeep Tour but it is also a read alone book Jackie and her daughter Becca are on vacation in Ireland Becca is 21 years old and her Mom is trying to let go her baby while Becca is trying to find her independence Bring in a sexy tour guide named Sean and Becca is enad She is finding out about love and sex, and Jackie is worried that the apple might not fall too far from the tre [...]

The hubby I have been so several jeep tours, such an adventure indeed We are campers, love being outdoors, taking pics, etc I would love to have one in Ireland, even to go overseas, would a real blast w that would so fun It is on my wish travel list for sure Loved this book A quick read, no matter when you read it I see in the reviews that a lot of folks read it in the summer, I read it in the freezing January so I am happy it gave me hopes for warm months coming soon.
